高品质的卡奥尔红酒. 100% 马尔白克出自5公顷, 1920年栽种的粗壮葡萄枝, 位于第三阶梯, 被沙砾覆盖的硅质黏沙土质土壤. 精细的人工采摘和筛选. 发酵后将红酒存放于橡木桶(标准), 进行18个月陈化 (60%-70%新桶), 一部分在橡木大桶中陈化.

VINIFICATION

The wine is kept in vats for a long time to encourage its ability for extended aging and to develop complex aromas. The grapes are of high quality and always picked in good maturity. The maceration lasts 30 days, it allows the full extraction of fruit flavours.
The process of fermentation starts naturally.
Fermentation is conducted through temperature control process.
